Precautions for material transportation

1. Flat or high-rail vehicles need to be selected for loading, which is convenient for cranes and forklifts. 
2. Before loading the horizontal original roll, the plate needs to be padded with straw piles or rubber. After the steel roll is hoisted, it needs to be fixed with triangular wood or straps. Stabilize the steel coil to prevent the coil from shaking during transportation. 
3. When loading the sheet material and well-framed strip, it is necessary to apply the principle of the large / heavy bottom, and the small/light top. And the stacking should not exceed two layers, etc. After loading completed, it needs lacing/bracing to prevent from displacement and falling. 
4. The car needs to be equipped with a rain cover. Whether it rains or not, a rain cover should protect the material and prevent the material from getting wet during transportation. 
5.Don't drive too fast, and don't steer sharply to prevent the material from shifting, turning over or dumping.

Precautions for storing Color Coated Steel/galvanized

The storage of color coated/galvanized panels is an important link that affectsthe quality of the panels. Due to improper operation during the storage process, various defectssuch as scratches, imprinting, corrosion, etc. may occur on the color coated/galvanized steel. In order to minimize the occurrence of various defects,storage precautions are asfollows: 
1. Color coated steel/galvanized should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor environment. Outdoorstorage orstore in a place prone to condensation and significant temperature changes is prohibited. Try to protect the steel from rain and moisture. 
2. Color coated steel/galvanized should be stored in a clean and tidy environment to avoid various corrosive media from the outside erosion. 
3. The ground of the storage site should be flat, free of hard objects, and have sufficient load-bearing capacity. 
4. To avoid pressure damage, colored coated steel/galvanized are usually notstacked for storage. When have to be stacked,should strictly limit the number ofstacking layers and place large weight/size bundles at lower layer. 
5. Sufficientspace should be left in the storage area for the use of lifting equipment. Dealing with the color coated steel/galvanized should reasonably arrange storage locationsfor easy access and minimize unnecessary move. 
6. After unpacking,the remaining materials need to be restored to their original packaging as much as possible. 
7. Afterstorage, please use it according to the principle of first in, first out. And please try to use up within three months after storage.

About the steel delivery date, our company explains as follows, in order to facilitate our better service to you. Factory 10th-20th per month to receive the next month's futures program, in principle, no more than 25th, the month of the 25th~31th, if the factory 
order is not full, you can continue to take orders for the next month's production, if the order is full, the system is postponed to the next month production. 
Normal delivery of raw metal coils around 35-45 days, due to the factory's long production process, a variety of processes, early order, early production. 
As the factory has a long production process and a lot of work procedures, the sooner the order is placed, the sooner the production is done. 

Long-term cooperation processing delivery customers, please provide 3 months forecast demand plan, we rolling stock to meet the order after the order is placed. 
We will make stocking on a rolling basis and deliver the products in 3~7 
working days after the order is placed.
